On September 21, 2026, South End Tenants Houses I will be accepting pre-applications for its lottery waitlist — HUD Section 8 & Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.

  • Paper applications must be postmarked no later than October 2nd, 2026 to be included in the lottery.
  • Position on the waiting list will be determined by lottery and housing preference.
  • Incomplete applications will not be included in the lottery
